As a vendor, do I charge Nevada Sales Tax?
Nevada Sales Tax is 8.265%. WPE will supply exhibitor with a Nevada Sales Tax Form. This form and your sales tax must be returned to registration desk no later than 10 pm Saturday. It is not required for vendor to hold a Nevada Resale #.

As a vendor, am I required to hold a current Reno Business License?
No. Western Pacific Events obtains licenses and permits that are required for a temporary exhibitor in the City of Reno.

What hours is Atlantis open for their Hot August Nights venue?
Vendors, show vehicles and activities begin 4 pm on Monday. Tuesday through Saturday activities begin 12 pm.

What hours are the vendors open?
Most vendors are open by 12 pm or earlier and must close by 10 pm

What types of entertainment might I expect at the Atlantis?
Daily contests such as: Hoola Hoop – Donut Eating – Hot Dog Eating - Twinkie Eating and Tricycle Race

With thousands of feet of a large assortment of automotive and craft vendors, many are one of a kind. The public is invited to join the fun with the daily contests. Grandstands are situated so that you can sit and watch the Cruise of Champions and parades. Nightly entertainment.
